  • Limit the Acidic and Sugary Foods – Sugar, when taken in the mouth, converts into the acid in the mouth. This can erode the enamel of the teeth and this is responsible for cavities. The teas, acidic fruits and the coffee can also lower the enamel down. Though you may not need to avoid those foods completely, it is always better to be careful about consuming them.
